Tsukuba has many affordable hotels (the fees are much less than the hotels in Tokyo). Participants of FLOPS 2026 are encouraged to book hotels by themselves.
University Guesthouse is available: the local organizers have booked a limited number of rooms in the university’s guesthouse from May 25 to May 29 (four nights). The guesthouse offers single rooms at a reasonable price (5500 JPY per night).
If you want to stay at the guesthouse, send your request via Guesthouse Reservation Form. We will assign the rooms on a first-come, first-served basis.
